My personal belief is that the EM can leans some important lessons from the era Christopher Booker deals with. Being one who came of age during the 60’s and was influenced by the Jesus Movement of the late 60’s and 70’s, I have already traveled this road and can report some of the perils that lie along the path. I blogged recently on four of them at http://blindbeggar.org/?p=98 .

Sounds absolutely right. My particular take concerns the 'revolutionary' aspect of those changes that occurred... And the dangers of undertaking a similarly revolutionary approach. What I like about what Booker is that he really outlines the problems with revolution by change.

Like the look of the site - I'll keep an eye on it!

I came across Booker with a book he wrote 'The Seven Basic Plots: Why We Tell Stories'. Thanks for the heads up on this one, and for drawing out that metaphor. I'll get this and take a read.
