Two photos had come in from photo wire services, almost identical, both of people wading through water holding food and drink. The first photo was of a black person, the description given by the wire service said that he had been "looting". The second photo was of two white people, the description given (by a different wire service) said that they had been "finding" bread and drink in shops...
