Buying from Abroad?
A number of people have asked how they can get hold of the book from abroad, in particular the US, Canada and Oz/NZ. The book is not yet published in these places yet, so there have been issues with import taxes etc when people have ordered from amazon.co.uk. Here's a couple of options:
1.
Buy from these sellers at amazon.com. Prices look good, but can't vouch for how much delivery will be, how long it will take, and whether hefty import taxes will be applied, as they have been to some.
2.
Buy direct from me for US$25, including all p&p.
